All therapy begins with an intake session. We’ll explore your background, current concerns, and goals for treatment. This session helps us create a personalized plan tailored just for you.
We work with individuals ages 15 and up. Whether you're a teenager navigating identity and emotions, a young adult facing life transitions, or an adult seeking clarity and healing—we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Most sessions last between 45–60 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs. Some clients come weekly, others biweekly. This will be discussed during your initial session.

Life happens. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Rescheduling is always an option—we want therapy to fit your life, not complicate it.
We offer flexible scheduling, including early morning, evening, and weekend appointments to accommodate your lifestyle. Just let us know what works best.
If you're feeling nervous, you can request to bring a support person to the first session or during a specific conversation. We’ll discuss boundaries beforehand. If this is a relative, then we will schedule a separate family session. If this is a spouse, partner, or significant other, then we will schedule a separate couple session.
Just come as you are. If you'd like, jot down a few goals or concerns. There’s no pressure. We’ll guide the conversation and help you feel comfortable from the start.

We understand that life happens, and financial hardship shouldn't be a barrier to receiving support. If your insurance lapses or you're unable to pay out of pocket, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to:
Discuss sliding scale options or payment plans
Temporarily reduce the session fee
Refer you to low cost or community based resources
Pause sessions until your coverage or finances stabilize
Our goal is to work with you, not against you. Communication is key. Don't hesitate to reach out so we can find a solution together.
Yes — we understand that delays can happen. We offer a 10 minute grace period for each scheduled session. If you arrive within that window, you may still be seen for the remainder of the session time.

We want to respect your time and the time of other clients, while also being understanding when life can be unpredictable.
