About Us

Welcome to Journey to Wellness LCSW

We’re so glad you’re here. Life can be full of twists, turns, and unexpected challenges but you don’t have to navigate them alone. At Journey to Wellness, we provide a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can begin to heal, grow, and reconnect with your best self. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, we’re here to walk beside you on your path toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellness.

Your Journey Your Destination

Our Mission

At Journey to Wellness LCSW, we meet you where you are because healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. With deep roots in both mental health and substance use recovery, our mission is to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with strength, honesty, and hope.

Led by Ms. Renee L. Eddy, LCSW, Master CASAC, Life Coach ACC and Clinical Practice with Adolescent certificate. Our practice blends therapeutic experience with real-life understanding. Whether you're unpacking trauma, rebuilding relationships, or breaking free from addiction cycles, we offer personalized care that speaks to your story, not just your symptoms.

We’re here for the resilient, the misunderstood, the breaking-through, and the starting over. In the therapy room, there’s no judgment just space to grow, reflect, and rise. This is wellness that’s culturally aware, clinically sound, and always human-first.

Because your healing is more than a session it’s a journey. And we’re honored to take that journey with you.
