WORKPLACE WELLNESS & CLINICAL SUPPORT: EAP, Referrals & Evaluations
At the intersection of personal well-being and professional support lies a set of services that are essential for helping individuals thrive both in the workplace and in life. We provide a seamless integration of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions, referral coordination, and clinical evaluations to ensure each client receives the comprehensive care they deserve.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Sessions
We partner with EAPs to offer short term, solution-focused therapy for employees facing stress, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, or workplace challenges. These confidential sessions are designed to provide quick, accessible support helping clients regain balance and clarity without long wait times. Whether you're an employer seeking to support your team or an individual navigating a difficult season, our EAP sessions are a gateway to healing and productivity.
Referral Services
Sometimes healing goes beyond the short term. When clients need continued care, specialized services, or additional resources, we help connect them to the right providers. Whether it's long term therapy, psychiatric care, substance use treatment, or community-based support, we take a hands-on approach to ensure every referral is appropriate, timely, and aligned with the client's needs. We also accept referrals from physicians, hospital discharge teams, HR departments, case managers, and allied professionals seeking trusted care for their clients or staff.
