COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy is designed to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and restore emotional intimacy. Whether you're navigating conflict, healing from infidelity, or working through life transitions, sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique dynamics of your relationship.

Utilizing evidence based approaches such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we work together to help partners better understand each other’s emotional needs, improve communication skills, and resolve issues collaboratively. Intake sessions may be scheduled jointly or separately to ensure that each partner’s perspective and goals are fully understood from the start.

Please Note: Couples therapy is offered on a private pay basis only. Insurance is not accepted for couples sessions. This policy is in place to allow for greater flexibility, confidentiality, and customization of care.
